What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the engine room of our SEO strategy — learning, executing, and evolving every day. Expect to:

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization
• Assist in creating SEO-friendly content briefs and meta tags
• Audit websites for technical SEO issues and track performance metrics
• Support link-building initiatives and outreach efforts
• Work with SEO Specialists and Strategists to execute monthly plans
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog like a pro
• Track keyword rankings, CTRs, and traffic growth (and celebrate every upward trend)
• Continuously learn new tools, algorithms, and best practices — because SEO never sleeps

What we are looking for: –

You don’t need to be an SEO wizard yet — we’ll teach you the spells. But you should bring:

• A curious mind and analytical thinking
• Understanding of how search engines work and why content ranks
• Basic knowledge of HTML, on-page SEO, and keyword research
• Comfort using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics
• Good written communication (you’ll work with content teams)
• Hunger to learn, question, and improve every day

Growth Path: –

SEO Associate → SEO Specialist → SEO Strategist → SEO Manager → SEO Director

You’ll start by executing SEO fundamentals and gradually grow to own client accounts and strategies.
