We are looking to hire a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to strengthen our creative team. Please initiate the screening and hiring process based on the following requirements.

Position

Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or creative agency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives, digital ads, branding materials, and print collateral.
• Create visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Shoot videos for social media campaigns, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Edit reels, promotional videos, and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar video editing software).
• Experience in shooting videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones with proper framing, lighting, and composition.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding skills.
• Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solutions.

Screening Criteria

• Strong and diverse design portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in both graphic design and video editing.
• Good understanding of social media content creation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preference for candidates who can join within 15–30 days.
